🚨Attention All Franchise Mode Fans 🚨 We need your help. I've been thinking about my list of desired improvements for MLB The Show 26 Franchise, and there are multiple current flaws that I'm hoping will be fixed. However, I can't stop thinking about one of the issues... ❓Why on earth did they change the color-coding for the stats on the scouting screen? There was such visually appealing color contrast before, and now we have added glowing green, white, and grey?? Anyways, I posted about this previously and got incredible community support, so it got me thinking: This seems like a pretty simple fix, right? How do we make it clear that we all want the old color scheme back? 🗣️Yes, I started an online petition, and I am asking for YOUR signature to help us bring back what we've lost. @cosmic_bread__ GREAT question: Because pitchers are scouted by region and position guys are scouted individually For individual scouting, there is a 5% difference between 90 and 95. For regional pitcher scouting, the max is 10% per week regardless of whether your efficiency is 90 or 95.

@ScrawnySlugger so...question. if theres no difference in efficiency after 90 for the pitcher scout, why does the pos scout need to be 95+?

I’ve never understood scrolling for content you don’t like and don’t follow and just leaving tons of rude comments Also, don’t make rude comments if you publicly display some weird behaviors.

@Tomackze One scout (with 95+ efficiency and 90+ position player ratings) is always scouting individual position players. Here is the table for my new scouting assignments strategy which should help answer this question as well

@ScrawnySlugger When you scout individual prospects are you doing after the position/discovery or from the mlb rank list while all are 0%

@Tomackze Personally, not really. I'm always drafting BPA regardless of what team I'm controlling. However, the strategy can change based on the length of the rebuild I'm doing. In shorter rebuilds, I will shift my priority towards more high-floor, slightly lower-ceiling prospects

@ScrawnySlugger Does your strategy change for when you draft top 10 vs bottom 10 (basically contender vs rebuilding)

And that's not even mentioning the big kicker here! My guide covered so many difference nuances that were not provided in the video I supposedly copied. Including (but NOT limited to) the discovery of a new optimal strategy for weekly scouting, listed in the table you see here.

@ScrawnySlugger Preciate it man never really done much in franchise but used some of your tips and my drafting has gone up tremendously definitely helping my Red Sox franchise

Had a great time making my annual scouting guide, but I wanted to do some extra testing this year. As a result, I found a new approach than MLB 25 and designed what I believe is (so far) the most optimal strategy for MLB The Show 26. The full video is out! (Link in replies)

@305_Richie Hope this clears it up. Didn't mean to step on Fiend's toes and I commented on his video after the fact thanking him for finding it first. Had I seen it from him before discovering it on my own, I would have provided credit in my initial post. He does great work

I didn't realize that publicly pointing out a bug in franchise mode would ruffle so many feathers. Any franchise fan should want this fixed, and just like similar issues in previous games, patches exist and will come quickly Apologies for asking for improvements to franchise?

TIP 7: When in doubt: Draft a Closer For some reason, pitchers are OP this year. ▶️Always a safe bet in Round 2-3 ▶️Usually very good, high upside AND high overall players ▶️Discovery closers almost always last until end of draft
