@trudyterrier Hope everyone is ok - the Thames has been causing lots of floods and roads closed around Oxford this week.☹️

Residential flood alert for near us this weekend - luckily we are about a mile as red kites fly from the river up a steep hill but all river walks off! Hoping homes don’t flood but Thames is predicted to be very high! (we live where Red Cross is)

Turns out it’s my arthritis, and mum is keen not to pod and poke me too much (given my age), and I am very sneaky with tablets, so not going for any additional meds. It was decided that as long as I’m ok, wagging my tail, and happy in life… we are good 😌

I am Limpy McLimpy today, and have been for the last few days… so we are going to the vets at 11am

I went to the vet today for a bit of a check up as I have been extra slow over the last few days (and mum wanted to make sure I wasn’t in any pain or uncomfortable) and I was given the Librela injection and mum is hoping that it works for me ☺️ 🤞

Something strange has happened pals, Barns has stayed with g’ma and g’dad and mum and I have come away for a few days - I’m not sure about it 💞 [typist note: Barns has doggy dementia and does walk far.. a holiday somewhere unfamiliar would be confusing and not easy for him 😞]
