@AvivaUK so why are Aviva so slow in instructing solicitors I have been waiting over 5 months for you to start my legal claim, if I hadn’t called today it still wouldn’t have been started

@cardiffcouncil @Help_C2C Strange, they gave me three phones numbers and an email for your legal dept and no one answers, bet you would contact me if I didn’t pay my council tax for 5 months

@cardiffcouncil back in Jan one of your trees damaged my car, you passed my case to one of your external legal teams who haven’t done anything in five months, when I contacted them today they asked me to send the location of the tree, which I had put in my initial response to 😤
