@SeaWorld My mother-in-law ordered a ticket online for tomorrow and it never arrived to her email. We have reached out to customer service who resent but it still has not shown up. Is there a way to confirm the email this was sent to? I have a confirmation number if that helps.

Im getting texts saying my internet should work after restarting the ONT. Meanwhile I can see the cable dangling from our tree. Refuses to let me reschedule appointment either. Just loops. I need this fixed ASAP.

@FrontierCorp My internet has been down since Friday night when a coal truck ran by and ripped the cable from the pole. It’s been a known outage and no one has come to fix. Last night I was told no one could come until Friday causing me to miss a full week of work…

When my daughter walked outside he sped off. This man has no business delivering packages if he can’t follow instructions and especially if he thinks it’s ok hitting others’ animals.

Hey @FedEx @FedExHelp you have a driver who has delivered to my house twice this week. Both times he’s delivered to the wrong door. Earlier this week he screamed at my dog so loud I could hear him in the house. Today he cursed at him and we saw him strike the dog on the head.

@TheRealAbed She’s so disconnected from common people that she either a) thinks they all get the same privileges as her due to her recognition/wealth or b) she doesn’t care about them and the consequences of this election. Both options suck.

@EclipsisCorvus @FrontierCorp @andrewwx1 It would be nice if they would provide us with an actual outage page that was updated. Where I work from home that’s the equivalent of my doctors excuse. I tried to reach out by chat and they told me there hadn’t been an outage since 2023.
