yesss 1 year later, 1st migratory trip ever recorded for Grant's band-rumped #StormPetrel from #CanaryIs just recovered in #MontañaClara by @Begarcia98 & @GIAranega 🏆😍💪 This is just a raw trip with large errors but enough to confirm they "winter" in summer off Eastern USA!

One main objective of our visit to #MontañaClara is to study the migration of this poorly known cool population of band-ramped #StormPetrel in #CanaryIs. We found 19 nests and deployed 7 #geolocators. Now we have to wait for 1y to get them back!! 🤞🤞@begarcia89 #Hydrobates

Here in Bermuda for the annual Cahow Experience! Tonight we had our fourth trip of the set and we were not disappointed!!

The Cahow Experience is happening now in Bermuda! While the weather has been a challenge so far (no offshore trips yet), some of us did take a taxi out to Coopers Island Nature Reserve to sea watch last evening. We saw at most a dozen at one time - spectacular! 3 Nov 2023
