Something else to consider re: Walker.... This may not have been a case, as many fans want to believe, that we could have just kept him by outbidding KC. A) That would have been irresponsible with all the other roster/contract situations. B) Walker STILL MIGHT HAVE CHOSEN KC! He knows our preference here is to use multiple backs. KC is closer to his home, and they may very well use him as the featured back he wants to be. The money may not have even mattered.
