The Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources admits that the ANC dispensation reduced SA's oil refinement capacity. It also reduced gold and platinum mining output. Those are jobs and economic prosperity destroyed by the ANC. Gwede Mantashe can create jobs if he wanted.
