Bill Huizenga made a promise to his constituents he would get costs down. Instead, he made everything worse. Today marks one year of the sweeping tariffs Huizenga voted for time and again. Michigan families are paying more for everything thanks to Huizenga—it's time for a change.

Small business owner: Since Trump announced his so-called Liberation Day, we've received thousands of price increases from our suppliers. Price changes have cost my business and my customers thousands of dollars. The imprudent, reckless, and constant yanking of the tariff leash is hurting small business and it's killing consumer confidence.

Today is the 16th anniversary of the Affordable Care Act. This historic law expanded health care access to millions of Americans, lowering premiums for everyone. Now, we are seeing efforts to cut it back, raising costs. I will fight to protect, and expand, the ACA in Congress.

I am horrified by reports of the violent attack at the West Bloomfield synagogue. This synagogue and the families who worship there are a vital part of Michigan. I’m thinking of all the families affected and the first responders on the scene right now.
