These are buffoons. They started a war without clearly defined goals or a plan and are now openly floating the idea of giving more money to Iran to help ease political pressure at home. nytimes.com/2026/03/19/us/…

“It is appealing directly to the base, especially to these young, very online, 4chan MAGA people who, just like Trump, treat war like a video game... You don’t see service members sharing this content.”

We need an energy policy that lowers costs and protects consumers. The Energy Bills Relief Act does exactly that.

Trump is like a kid who blows off his finger playing with fireworks. He either knew the risks going in and didn’t care, or was such a blathering idiot that the excitement of watching things go boom was as far as his brain could process. But in either case, he alone lit the fuse.

OPEC price shocks, 2008 crisis, COVID… in all those cases you can certainly make a compelling case that the POTUS should have seen it coming / had some agency. But this one is entirely voluntary and entirely self-inflicted.

I am hard pressed to think of any prior President who was solely responsible for causing such immediate unambiguous, and completely foreseeable economic pain. nytimes.com/live/2026/03/1…

We have the tools to power America with abundant, reliable, American-made clean energy. The missing link is a consumer-first energy policy. That's why SEEC's Clean Energy Deployment Task Force Co-Chairs @RepCasten & @RepMikeLevin introduced the Energy Bills Relief Act today.

The bad news is that clock is ticking to tackle rising energy costs and the climate crisis. The good news is that the solution is here. Expanded access to low-cost, reliable energy is good for our planet and good for your wallet. I introduced the Energy Bills Relief Act to do just that.

This is bonkers. Absolutely no way a single plant this size ever gets financed. Way too much concentration risk on a single gas node, single electric node and way too much exposure to central power in a decentralizing world. canarymedia.com/articles/fossi…

NEWS: To address skyrocketing electricity costs, I led over 120 House Democrats, alongside Rep. Mike Levin, in introducing the Energy Bills Relief Act. This is a consumer-focused approach to energy policy that will lower costs, increase reliability, and ensure our electric grid can meet rising demand

9. If you love our democracy, and the protections afforded by 3 co-equal branches, that should bother you too. Weakening any one of them hurts all the others. Roberts is smart enough to know that, but he seems to be blinded by his ideology - which is really dangerous.

Methinks Mr. Roberts doth protest too much. The idea that you shouldn’t criticize public servants comes as a surprise to public servants everywhere. It also misunderstands the degree to which the Roberts court has brought this on itself. Thread: politico.com/news/2026/03/1…
