@2kan @eternalhopeoaks why has it reduced to 0? He played a similarly low amount of OTB games in the past few candidates and still performed well. Nothing about his form is really that much different right now

@2kan @eternalhopeoaks its not a binary option when we're talking about % chances, i dont think he wins most the time but until it happens we cant be sure and id say theres atleast a 20% chance he wins which isnt negligable

@2kan @eternalhopeoaks You act like hes 10 years out of his prime though, these top 2-3 results were all of his most recent candidates, and he wasnt playing a ton of classical back then either. Hes been doubted for the same reasons 10x and he has consistantly done good regardless of that

@SeanEee_Me @eternalhopeoaks Exactly. He was close during his prime but could never win it. Now he plays very little OTB, his recent OTB play didn’t look particularly strong, he streams and wastes time on farming rating. If he couldn’t win it back then he is not going to win this time
