Today I have a incredible sense of achievement - it is the final day of my 3rd 72-day @6PackRevolution wave. And I have actually hit the weight loss target I set myself on July 7 last year - a loss of 8 stone 10.4lbs (52.6kgs/116 lbs). To say I feel on Top of the World is an understatement. I have completely turned my life - and body - around. My BMI has dropped 15.7 to 28.7 (so close to the optimum of 25), I have lost 10.4% Body Fat and dropped a whole year on my Metabolic Age. The photo on the left (a heart attack waiting to happen with me weighing in at almost 25 stone) was taken excactly a year ago today in the Brooklyn Botanic Garden; the one on the right this week at Kew Gardens. I can't thank my dear friend Ginette Sinnott, for introducing me to the The Six Pack Revolution. It has transformed my eating for life, opened my eyes to what I eat and when i eat, boosted my overall health (my knees and legs are finally pain free after years of crippling pain and torn meniscus injuries) and my energy levels are through the roof. and, i know, SPR has saved my life. I am going to continue with SPR shakes, cooking the delicious recipes and enjoying my new love for the gym and cycling (so much easier to do 50km when you are not carrying around the equivalent of 56 bags of sugar!!) Feeling so blessed right now ❤️
