Been issues with engine failures (maybe due to more diesel use with cancellation of electrification) Short forming with cancelled reservations is very poor service, but increasingly regular as the fleet has aged.

.@GWRHelp I can’t express my disappointment with the 18:48 yet again being 5 carriages out of Paddington to Swansea. People on the floor with lap tops trying to work and people standing until Newport with no refreshments. It’s just not on, and as a frequent flyer I’m fed up!
