@SeanOrionRyan@AJP_1776@bennyjohnson Yep, anyone with common sense understands how incredible and rewarding the Trump / republican administration is
Anyone who say otherwise is retarded
@ArjunBudial@AJP_1776@bennyjohnson What he's telling us is that he only got 4 cherries on his ice cream sundae but asked for 5. So the whole sundae is a disaster.
@AJP_1776@ArjunBudial@bennyjohnson The border is completely closed and there ARE deportations going on. It's hard to believe what you say when the alternative to Trump would've been open borders with 20M more illegals.
@ArjunBudial@SeanOrionRyan@bennyjohnson lol bless your heart. Bc I actually want mass deportations & Epstein arrests & Fauci arrested & no new wars im “a LiBtArD”. Holy boomer
Oil prices today: $105.25 a barrel
Gas prices today: $4.46 a gallon
Oil prices in March 2011: $105.06 a barrel
Gas prices in March 2011: $3.51 a gallon
Big Oil is using the Iran War to rip off Americans at the gas pump.
Let’s end the Iran War & pass a windfall profits tax-NOW.
“Inflation was global not unique to the U.S.”
You mean like right now and the 3.3% inflation you were complaining about? Lol. It was 2.4% last month and shot up 0.9% due entirely to energy prices….as did the whole world. The difference is these prices actually will come down once the conflict ends.
Your ignorance and hypocrisy here is quite astounding.
Inflation was global, not unique to the U.S.
In 2021–2022, over 90% of advanced economies saw their highest inflation in 40 years (IMF, OECD).
1. The U.S., Europe, Canada, the U.K., Australia — all had the same pattern: pandemic → supply shock → energy shock → inflation spike → disinflation.
2. The U.S. inflation spike was not “most of Biden’s term”
Here are the actual annual inflation rates (BLS):
2021: 4.7%
2022: 8.0%
2023: 3.4%
2024: ~3%
Jan 2025: 2.8%
The spike lasted about 18 months, not “most of the term.”
3. Prices rising during a spike does not mean the spike never ended
He’s confusing:
Inflation (the speed prices rise) with
Price level (the total amount prices have risen)
When inflation falls from 9% to 2.8%, it means the speed slowed dramatically — not that prices go back to where they were. That’s how inflation works in every country, every decade.
4. “Inflation was 1.4% when Biden took office” is true — but missing context
That number came from:
A global economy still partially shut down
Depressed demand
Oil prices at historic lows
Supply chains not yet restarted
Inflation was artificially low because the world was still in the COVID shock.
Once demand returned and supply chains were broken, every country’s inflation surged.
5. The U.S. brought inflation down faster than most peer countries
IMF and OECD data show:
U.S. inflation peaked lower than Europe and the U.K.
U.S. inflation fell faster than most G7 nations
By early 2025, the U.S. was back near the Fed’s long‑term target
@Midnights8675@KalshiPolitics Uhhh you do know that “don’t let the door hit you on the way out” is an idiom right? It would apply here whether you were threatening to move your office, home, or anything. Yes, reading and understanding is certainly fundamental 😂
Do you smoke crack? Inflation being at 2.8% when Biden left office doesn’t erase the record high inflation (9%) during most of his term. If I need to explain in simple terms for you, the reading being at 2.8% doesn’t erase the rate at which prices went up most of his term.
And FYI, inflation was at 1.4% when Biden took office.
@Milajoy Gas was 3.19 Jan 2025 when Trump took over and Inflation was 2.8% Gas today is 4.23 and inflation is 3.3% (Biden inherited a pandemic but rode it down and left Trump with a Great economy- Trump ran it in a ditch
I’m trying to prove a point! If you’re a Republican seeing this, let me know in the comments if you hate gay people. If you’re a gay person seeing this, go to the comments and see what people are saying.
It might surprise you!
The pattern is unmistakable and repulsive.
If you keep calling Black leaders "low IQ," you aren't expressing a political disagreement. You are using a racist dog whistle to undermine their humanity.
Every single time Donald Trump uses this slur, he shows the country that his politics are built entirely on grievance and bigotry. It’s a disgrace to the office and a stain on this country.
@GavinNewsom This is rich coming from a man that owns $10M mansions from a $175k salary that's coincidently from a state that's rampant in fraud, corruption, and abuse of taxpayers.
