Finally, people are seeing it. Folks watched KD win FMVPs and thought he was the #1 in Golden State, but a lot of that was Steph’s gravity doing the heavy lifting. KD was the greatest #2 option ever

The fact that he didn’t tweet anything after game 1 of the 2022 finals until the end of the finals is hilarious🤣🤣🤣

#️⃣1️⃣ MJ #️⃣2️⃣ STEPH CURRY
1. You trade James Wiseman for Saddiq Bey, turn that into 2nd round picks and flip it for an Injured GP2. 2. You Trade Jordan Poole, Ryan Rollins and a 1st round pick to the Wizards for Chris Paul and then you let CP3 walk for nothing. 3. And now you just traded Kuminga (whom you've held hostage for years and completely mismanaged to the point that his value tanked) for an injury prone, expiring contract Kristaps Porzingis... Folks, we have the worst front office in the NBA. Some of these moves were under Bob Myers, the others under Mike Dunleavy. The common denominator is Joe Lacob. These last 4+ years Joe Lacob has completely ruined this team's chances at competing for a title. He's chosen optionality and flexibility over being competitive while having a transcendent player in Steph Curry on his team . Joe doesn't deserve Steph and he doesn't deserve landing a big fish like Giannis. @warriors @klacobprime @NBCSWarriors

Giannis is 31 years old. If I was him, why would I be interested in playing for Joe Lacob after Steph retires when he's seen how much help Joe Lacob has given Steph at 31 and older ?

if you don’t believe Lacob is responsible for the current state of GS and you’re satisfied with the four titles under his ownership, that’s fine. but to keep policing fans wanting more for the franchises best player, a generational superstar, before he’s done is asinine.

Joe Lacob had a top-10 player of all-time who was 31 years old and did absolutely nothing but try to build a 2nd timeline while that player was here. The one year they had decent roster signings with vets, they won a title. After that, they doubled down on their 2nd timeline. Please don't ever bail him out by saying they won 4 titles.

“…for what I’ve done to Golden State…” and it’s having a losing record, breaking GP2’s elbow on a dirty play in the playoffs, and blatantly try to go after an injured Curry’s hand because he can’t actually stop him.

If the Warriors cannot get a Giannis deal this week, they should pivot before the trade deadline closes. No chance you’ll get him over the summer when there’s a larger market, so all you’d be doing is wasting another half season of Steph chasing a non existent dream

The Warriors have passed on a number of intriguing opportunities in the past with one person in mind: Giannis. The moment has arrived. If the Warriors pull it off, their decisions over the past 4 years make a whole lot of sense. But if they don’t, then what was all of this for?

If I’m Milwaukee, the team I’m pushing to get a Giannis deal done with is Golden State. Demand all of the Warriors’ future picks and swaps. Those are probably the most attractive assets the Bucks can get, given GSW would be depleting everything to go all-in on an aging core. The Warriors give Steph one last real run at a title, something he’s earned. Makes sense for both sides.

@ThaRealTMK I would agree before Jimmy's ACL. An ACL at 36 is career ending, it's over for him I think. You can barely day he's worth 60m now, let alone after recovery. AND he'll miss half of next season, time Steph doesn't have. And his 60m salary is the easiest match with Giannis too.
