Reminder to eat your eggs today 🍳 Nature really just said “Here’s a compact protein package, full of nutrients, easy to cook, and works any time of day.” And people still skip it. Breakfast, lunch, dinner doesn’t matter. Scrambled, fried, boiled pick your move. Simple food. High signal. Eat your eggs. 🥚💪

The approval of the bill has just reminded me of the time when Abu-Obeida, the armed resistance spokesman, threatened to execute Israeli prisoners at the start of the genocide. The outrage was unprecedented and gargantuan beyond words. The whole world spoke against it. Now as Palestinians are inevitably going to be executed under this new law, the story barely makes it to the headlines. Straightforward abolition of humanity.

@eoinyk The sentiment behind the tricolour is truly inspiring, but unfortunately the image has become symbolic of tribal tension to some. But, I'm not a lover of that harp on navy, nah.

Gonna wade in here and say I actually prefer this proposed harp flag to the tricolour, which is too easily mistaken for the Italian flag, and doesn't stand out in a line-up of European flags. I'm not a flag waver, but a golden harp on a green background is a stronger "brand" tbh
Belfast Telegraph@BelTel

The ‘new Ireland’ that republicans dream of must be accompanied by a new flag; the divisive Tricolour isn’t cutting it anymore, writes @JohnCharlesLave belfasttelegraph.co.uk/comment/opinio…

@SeanTynan @manniefabian There has been agreed solution for 20 years - Hezbollah needs to disarm and cease hostilities. They refuse to comply. The UN couldn't/wouldn't make them do it. The Lebanese army couldn't either. So the IDF is doing it now.

An IDF soldier was killed during an exchange of fire with Hezbollah operatives in southern Lebanon overnight, the military announces. The slain soldier is named as Staff Sgt. Ori Greenberg, 21, of the Golani Brigade's Reconnaissance Unit, from Petah Tikva. He is the third IDF soldier to be killed in Israel’s renewed ground offensive against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon.

Pete Hegseth at Christian Prayer at the Pentagon: Snap the rod of the oppressor, frustrate the wicked plans, and break the teeth of the ungodly. By the blast of your anger, let the evil perish. Let their bulls go down to slaughter, for their day has come, the time of their punishment. Pour out your wrath upon those who plot vain things and blow them away like chaff before the wind. Give them wisdom in every decision, endurance for the trial ahead, unbreakable unity, and overwhelming violence of action against those who deserve no mercy.

@SeanTynan Because I’m not here to be vague. If you don’t draw lines “this vs that” you don’t have an idea, you have a feeling. I talk like this because I want it to be clear, structured, and actually mean something.

Funny pattern I’ve noticed. When you speak in vague “vibes,” spirituality, and abstract language everyone’s aligned, supportive, “high vibration.” The moment you switch to things that actually have to work physics, engineering, medicine, real-world systems suddenly you’re “too harsh,” “missing the point,” or “not aligned.” That’s not enlightenment. That’s avoidance. It’s easy to talk about unity when nothing is being tested. It’s harder when reality demands clarity, precision, and accountability. A lot of people don’t want truth they want language that protects their identity. They’ll talk about “awareness,” but can’t handle being corrected. They’ll talk about “ego,” but react the moment theirs is touched. They’ll talk about “higher perspective,” but avoid anything measurable. That’s not growth. That’s performance. Real understanding isn’t switching masks depending on the room. It’s being able to move between domains without breaking consistency. If your worldview collapses the second it meets reality, it wasn’t depth it was comfort.

@NiecyOKeeffe Yeah, I agree. Food as poetry can be amazing, but a decent doner kebab (for me) can hit the spot in a different way (I'm kinda feral).

These Michelin star places are grand twice a decade but they get really boring, quite quickly. I remember we came back to our hotel from one in Dublin and we ordered a pizza. 😂 And the pizza was more satisfying. Years ago. #mastercheftheprofessionals
