Women's Rights Network event, which was cancelled by Feile an Phobail last week, but is now being offered at a different venue in Belfast city centre, same time, same format as originally planned. The original Feile event, which was free to attend, might have attracted 50-100 on a typical Feile weekday event, or 100-200 on its very best day. Now with tickets priced at £5, and they're sold out. Apart from the event, @NI_WRN has now nearly 5,000 followers, their cancellation and exclusion has been across mainstream media, and their message on same-sex spaces and sports has been aired and debated across mainstream and social media. Regardless of tomorrow's event, they have prevailed.
