This is a mid-level provocation. Either you disapprove and look prudish or Woke, or you let it fly as part of an escalating provocation cycle. We've seen this tactic before. It's not better when "we" do it.

@BriannaWu It's a sign of an insecure worldview and a belief that every policy position is intersectional. If one weakens they all weaken, which makes for a very rigid and brittle ideology.

I flat out do not understand why it's so easy to have constructive relationships with people on the right but not progressives. I don't agree with them or vote the same way. But they are SO EAGER to put differences aside and get real world things done when there are aligned goals. That's not how progressives operate. You're either in their club or you're not. And if you're not it's going to instantly descend into personal attacks and dysfunction.

That whole "your grandchildren will remember you as racists" thing is how it works. Future generations will hate us like the Woke hate past generations. Kick that out to infinity and add in ironclad faith that History unfolds in progress, and you get the Eye at the End of History

This video is the most compelling support I've seen yet for my analysis that the Woke/progressive deity is the Eye at the End of History (History roughly how Marx saw it unfolding) that will judge ruthlessly which side of History you landed on.
