@Mark4158847527 @DetectiveSpade_ This might sound silly but the stiffness of the mask my mind always justified it as like, the mask just being dirty and filled with sand. It doesn’t make sense but my mind justified it that way

@DetectiveSpade_ Practical mask removal doesn't always look very good. Didn't like this in Spider-Man 3. It looks like this in the next frame. Also its clear that the mask is open on the back for easy removal

In Spider-Man (2002), Sam Raimi had costume designer James Acheson create a special mask that would be easily removable just for this scene. You can hear him talk about in the director’s commentary. I love how he always prioritizes practical effects when he can instead of CGI.

@morpho_j I think it adds to the tragedy and futility of your efforts to save a city descending to chaos. You can’t save anyone on the train, you can’t save Brad or your co workers, everyone dies and when you think you can save everyone with the vaccine the opportunity is ripped from you

Finished this a lot quicker than expected.
So what was the point of making the vaccine when Raccoon City was going to get destroyed anyway? It felt pointless doing that because it’s all gone now.
