‼️What system is that? One thing I'll say about the insurance is I've seen where those quick, repeated lapses are payment glitches on renewals. Granted, shouldn't have gotten that close to renewal, but it does happen. That being said, that's one of several flags with these guys. Unfortunately, all checked out in the systems we've got. Still takes human intuition and on the ground collab fortunately/unfortunately

Do I think they would have stole the load? Honestly, no. Do I think this guy can drive an 80k lb truck safely and not kill someone? Also no.

What are the odds this truck driver, who just ran me off the road at 80mph, got his CDL in one of the many CDL mills that were just shut down in Texas? I just moved up from podcasting about it to living it. And no, I’m not typing this while I’m driving. I pulled off after that one.

Find an MC/USDOT Number for sale? You can enter it in SearchCarriers. I found this one and submitted the report, then looked at their profile... 50 other trucking companies share the same address. It's the law office I previously posted about, and was contacted by the attorney. Their office serves as a statutory agent mailing address. Using this address as a trucking company's physical address is ILLEGAL. Some of the USDOT records have been updated to list a different address, but some have not. Some have been placed out of service, very recently, due to the refusal of a new entrant audit. Some were very recently APPROVED and given operating authority.

Truck vision v2 is out now on SC for all users.
I'll have some comparisons soon and show the improvements.
During development, the goal was that if I can read an image myself, the system should too. And that goal was achieved. In testing there were multiple images I was not able to read myself but the system was.
Truck vision v2 also includes huge metadata improvements i.e. was it a paper tag? Does it seem they have taped on signs in the past?
These will will be surfaced on company profiles soon for vetting checks.
