@SeatGeekHelp I recently bought a ticket but when I try to access the ticket, it leads me to Ticketmaster. Try to accept the transfer but it keeps saying unable to cancel. I tried to reach out to Ticketmaster, was told to reach out to your support team. Just confuse right now

@SeatGeek Bought 2 tickets today for Lady Gaga and SeatGeek transferred them through some controversial company called securemypass.com Now, I found out the owner of the tickets retains the tickets through Ticketmaster and could transfer them 20 times. Very sketchy SeatGeek. I want a million dollars if my guest and I don’t get in!
