Almost all of our commissioners have resigned due to the repeated intimidation tactics from @SeaCityAttorney. Those remaining face retaliation and even threats from their employers.

Mullens is on the Brady List, meaning prosecutors are required by law to notify defendants that he has credibility issues. This appears to be related to a time he was found drunk in uniform passed out behind the wheel of his car.
