BTC AB (BTC.se) (@BitcoinTCAB ) Update: As we wrap up our first week as a public company, here’s a brief recap. We are a Swedish pure-play bitcoin treasury company, committed to transparency and security, pursuing an active bitcoin accumulation strategy. Since Tuesday July 8th we are trading at Spotlight Stock Market with the ticker BTC. Why are we here? BTC AB will leverage Bitcoin’s inherent NgU technology with fiat’s inherent flaws to make something beautiful. I’m personally a religious bitcoiner. I measure in bitcoin and I think everyone, from people to institutions, will start to measure in bitcoin too. With a background in economics I remember hearing, during my entire education, that interest rates could not cross below zero because we would all just take out our money and stuff it into the mattress. Ironically, just as I qualified as an economist, Sweden, as one of the first nations in the world, took interest rates below zero, as if to mock my entire education. From then on I understood that I understood nothing. Luckily Satoshi showed my lost economist soul the way. Where is BTC AB today? As of today, BTC AB holds approximately 152 BTC. We’ve implemented a disciplined, risk-adjusted growth strategy, prudent yet opportunistic, and remain fully committed for the long haul. Since going public we have raised an additional SEK 15 million to fund BTC acquisitions. 
Listing Our successful listing on the Spotlight Stock Market has been instrumental in enhancing our liquidity, market visibility and access to capital, all critical elements for executing our business model of delivering increasing bitcoin per share. Media coverage We have seen broad coverage in media here in Sweden which has been fun to observe, both general IPO-related news as well as more personal interviews like this fireside chat: kaupr.io/nyheter/firesi… Expansion We need liquidity to fulfill our purpose so expansion to new markets is key. We have therefore initiated a listing at OTC Markets which will give us access to American liquidity and shareholders. We anticipate going live on OTC Markets in the coming weeks.

@MarioNawfal Most "good" people have done things they are not proud of. Most people deemed inhumane by society have likely done more good than people know. The actions are real and can't take out each other. Solely being Good/Bad only exists in theory.

Can a good person also be an evil person? Can an evil person also be a good person?

@KenPeters123 @John_Lastly8 @wholemars As long as people agree with facts, then a conversation can be had. Arguments from 2 different sides are not a problem, as long as, if conflicting, both parties can separate facts from beliefs.

In a world where anyone can speak freely, who decides what is true?

@engitweeter @KenPeters123 @John_Lastly8 @wholemars Yes, in order for anything to function we need to find common ground to build, move forward, or just "agree". I'm simply refferring to THE FACT that the word "cold" needs context in order for it to hold true in all situations.

@engitweeter @Stijnoss @wholemars And I'm just pointing out the fallacy of thinking objective is truth, albeit in many cases it can and should be interpreted as such to avoid a deadlock to all conceivable progress 🎊

@Stijnoss @wholemars I was referring to the human touch feeling. Not an abstraction. Everybody can agree 0°C is cold & 100°C is hot. Problems arise when objective truths (even if framed, as the case of temperatures 4 human touch) are denied by people.

At least you are annoyed :) I would agree that 0°C is "colder than any data we have on survivable temps for humans historically up until now". I can't speak about tomorrow, so objective is a word we ise for the right reasons...but

@engitweeter @wholemars Objective 'truths' needs context and can be intended and perceived like opposing values. Labeling context with truth makes it highly subjective. The statenent "25 degrees outside during summer in Sweden is quite hot!" Would probably make "Fahrenheiters" brainfreeze 🫶🏻

@wholemars There are objective truths (cold, warm, clear sky is blue...) and unobjective ones (ideology, religion, beauty...). I'd argue it is ONLY important that objective truth prevails,hence be subject to scrutiny & some sort of "low decibel" adjustment 4 lies. Without censorship
