@paxuminc what's the current wait time for verification?

@SebJuodaky For Personal accounts; verification can occur within 24 hours depending on the quality of the documentation provided. Typical turnaround is within 72 hours of account creation. Business account verification will usually take longer. If you need help please email support@paxum.com

@kylelami @nicklmg Cheers for the responses! The concern comes from my colleague who fairly asks, if there's a live loose wire touching the rack cage that you're unaware about and you go to screw something in you might get electrocuted without an insulated screwdriver.

@nicklmg @SebJuodaky The shaft is conductive though it is theoretically electrically isolated from the handle and selector, however we have not certified anything. Excuse my ignorance, but what is the concern about using it in a server rack?

Hi @nicklmg, is the LTT screwdriver insulated? I'm a network engineer and wondering whether it'll be safe to use within the racks. Cheers.
