No one failed India like the Indian Judiciary did. No not, Modi, not Shah, Adani, Ambani, Gyanesh or Media. The reason why 80 lac voters couldn't exercise their franchise in the just concluded Bengal polls, who do you think allowed this to happen? The Supreme Court is taking the nation to HELLHOLE. This is the real truth behind India’s Greatest Fall. Shame. Senior SC Advocate - Dushyant Dave

To The Chief Election Commissioner Election Commission of India Nirvachan Sadan, Ashoka Road New Delhi – 110001   Subject: Urgent Demand for Immediate Release of Final Voter Turnout Data and Form 17C Details for Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly Election 2026 – Failure to Ensure Transparency Undermines Democracy   Respected Sir/Madam,   I strongly condemns the inexplicable and unacceptable silence of the Election Commission of India regarding the final and verified voter turnout data for the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly Election held on 23 April 2026. Despite the enthusiastic participation of the people of Tamil Nadu in fulfilling their democratic duty, the Commission has chosen to withhold critical information, thereby eroding public trust and casting serious doubts on the integrity of the entire electoral process. While the media has been reporting voter turnout figures based on available information, the Election Commission has limited itself to releasing only provisional percentages. This is not merely an administrative lapse—it is a blatant failure to uphold the fundamental principles of transparency and accountability that are the bedrock of Indian democracy. The final and verified polling data, along with the complete Form 17C details (the official record of votes polled at every polling station), have still not been placed in the public domain. This deliberate delay is highly concerning and has already triggered widespread skepticism about the functioning of the Election Commission. We demand the following actions immediately, without any further delay: 1.  Official release of the final voter turnout percentage for the entire state of Tamil Nadu. 2.  Publication of complete Form 17C data for every constituency and every polling station, including: •  Total votes recorded              •  Details of postal ballots              •  EDC votes              •  Special votes •  Number of electors assigned •  Votes polled •  All other particulars as mandated under the Conduct of Election Rules, 1961. The right of citizens to know the complete and accurate details of the electoral process is not a favour—it is a fundamental democratic right. When millions of Tamil Nadu voters exercised their franchise with faith in the system, they did so with the legitimate expectation that the Election Commission would ensure full transparency. Withholding Form 17C and verified turnout data is not only against the spirit of free and fair elections but also fuels unnecessary suspicion at a time when the credibility of the Commission is already under scrutiny. The electoral system is the very foundation of our democracy. Any erosion in its transparency directly weakens the trust of the people in their representatives and in the democratic institutions themselves. Citizens therefore holds the Election Commission morally and constitutionally obligated to act with utmost urgency and accountability. I strongly urge you to immediately publish all the above information on the official website of the Election Commission of India and through appropriate public notifications. Failure to do so will only deepen public distrust and force us to explore all available democratic and legal avenues to safeguard the sanctity of the electoral process in Tamil Nadu. We expect prompt and decisive action on this matter. Copy to: •  Chief Electoral Officer, Tamil Nadu •  All National and Regional Media Houses (for public information)

A trembling mouse, rescued by a sage, kept demanding more power—turned into a cat, then a dog, then a lion. But strength never removed its fear—it only inflated its ego. At the peak of power, the lion dared to threaten the very sage who created him. The reply was instant: “पुनः मूषक भव!” (Become a mouse again!) And just like that—back to a mouse. Lesson: Power doesn’t transform character; it magnifies it. When arrogance replaces gratitude, downfall is inevitable. 🐭→🦁→🐭 #Arrogance #Power #Ego #Public #Democracy #People #Character #Fear #Mouse #Cat #Lion #India

@sardesairajdeep @ECISVEEP Spot on. @ECISVEEP’s 4-week EVM lockdown & refusal to manually count all VVPAT slips screams manipulation. No other democracy hides votes this long. Full slip count or scrap the black boxes—voters deserve truth, not excuses! #DemandVVPATCount

@sardesairajdeep India’s Election Commission makes Assam and Kerala vote on April nine and then waits till May four to open EVMs while global best practice is to count as soon as the booths shut. Gyanesh Kumar style secrecy is not democracy, it is a slow moving fraud.

In India, LPG cylinder increased by ₹993. That is why governments should be changed, questioned, and replaced when needed. Politicians are not gods. Change them when they become expensive.

I was sold this food on a train for ₹160… but later I found out its actual price was just ₹80. That’s when things started to feel seriously wrong. I asked the pantry staff for a proper bill of ₹160, but they couldn’t provide one. No receipt, no proof — nothing. It was clear something wasn’t right. So I decided not to ignore it. I immediately filed a complaint on Railway helpline 139. But what happened next was even more shocking. Within minutes, the vendor came straight to me — visibly angry and aggressive. He confronted me and said, “Why did you file a complaint? Do you even realize I could be fined ₹28,000 because of this?” His tone wasn’t just defensive… it felt like intimidation. All I wanted was a fair price and a proper bill — something every passenger has the right to demand. But instead, I was made to feel like I did something wrong just for speaking up. This isn’t just about ₹80 extra. It’s about honesty, accountability, and the basic rights of passengers. If this can happen so openly, how many people are being overcharged without even realizing it?

Got bail from SC on promise - he will deposit Rs.300 crore in 6 months. Again jail for keeping promise of bail condition. Next year he paid and released from 3 year jail life. Nitin Gadkari (Road King) Story 🤐 2016 : Sarang Gadkari (son) becomes MD of Manas Agro (Ethanol Company). 2017 : Nikhil Gadkari (son) becomes MD of Cian Agro (Ethanol Company). 2018 : Nitin Gadkari (father) brings bill in parliament to push Ethanol. > Interestingly It Passed in Parliament > According to Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 : - You & your family members can’t be in involved in same ministry business. - If this happens, CBI will do open investigation. > No investigation happened ! 2018 : Govt. brings bill if CBI have to do investigation in prevention against corruption case they need approval of union govt. CAN BE COINCIDENCE 🤡

One of these men demanded Kohinoor diamond back for India. Said he won’t hesitate to ask King Charles for it. Other guy’s Govt told the Court in 2016 that kohinoor was legally acquired by the British from Punjab’s King. This betrayal even shocked pro-India British scholars.

A country that exists because India shed its blood in 1971 is now summoning our High Commissioner. Not because of a war. Not because of a border crisis. Because a BJP Chief Minister can’t control his mouth. Himanta Biswa Sarma publicly bragged about pushing back Bangladeshis in the night; on record, on camera. No action from the Centre. No accountability. No apology. Just silence from the PM who once promised “56-inch chest” foreign policy. This is what BJP’s foreign policy actually looks like; a state CM triggers an international diplomatic incident, the Prime Minister goes missing, and India gets summoned like a schoolboy. Pakistan embarrasses us on the west. Bangladesh summons us on the east. China sits on our land in the north. Modi ji’s “Vishwaguru” India can’t even manage its smallest neighbour anymore. The nation isn’t asking for speeches. It’s asking: who is actually running this country?

How flustered are you Himanta? Your family is saddled with allegations of corruption and has a lot to answer. But you chose to run a completely false and vile campaign against Gaurav Gogoi’s wife - who has nothing to do with politics You didn’t seem to care then Stop crying
Himanta Biswa Sarma@himantabiswa

I don’t need lessons on democracy, public discourse or decency from anyone, especially from @DrAMSinghvi . Decency and him can never be in the same room. The real issue here pertains to a woman - who has nothing to do with politics - but has her character assassinated on national television using FORGED documents from other countries. I am confident the courts will take note of this, sooner or later and the guilty will be punished for his brazen act of maligning a woman's character using false documents to influence electoral outcomes. Also Dr Singhvi, it’s easy to speak on a platform where I am not present to respond. That is not called a debate- it is simply avoiding a fair exchange, one which you were espousing. And let me be clear, this is just the beginning, not the end. Satyamev Jayate.
