Rebuilt my website.
I went lean on visual style, and heavy on interaction.
To make it feel more like me, I added side projects with video walkthroughs, plus a few surfing clips.
Now I don't need to touch Figma to design. Everything can be done directly with Vibe Coding.
I spent couple hours to revamp the stats page in my Cat On Chair app. It's really cool that I can see the design immediately on real device and play around with it. Although I do wonder if this is faster or better than designing in Figma first then building it in code.
You can make a feature rich iOS app with just AI.
My girlfriend and I spent the past 4 months working on this focus timer app. 95% of the code is done by AI, and I only used Figma for 10% of the time.
It's a pomodoro timer to help you focus on the things you are working on. We made it cat themed because her cat unfortunately has to stay with her parents in China, we don't get to see the cat often. This is our way to show our love to Jinx, her little black cat.
My girlfriend drew all the illustrations and animation. It makes the app so much cuter and more special. I'm proud to say there's no similar app on the market right now.
We launched it on RedNote a month ago, and over 3000 cat lovers have downloaded. So many of users have expressed that this app provides such emtional support that they never felt in other apps. Especially for people who are not with their cats.
You can download it now on App Store apps.apple.com/app/cat-on-cha…
This is what we assume because it’s unprecedented. It’s never been done before. I don’t believe a 65 year old IC is a bad thing anymore.
One person who can produce the value of an entire team is better than 6 people and 1 manager who are 7x the cost.

skipping may be sub-optimal. Last year we sold out fast, so act accordingly.
