One of the reasons that both Neoliberals and fascists hate people like Mamdani is because he proves they are all liars who have effectively sold out their constituents to billionaire interests.
All of the pain we have been told to endure has been a choice to sate the wealthy
Lazzyyyyyy@em_Lazzy
Mamdani closed a $12B deficit in 132 days, fixed 100K+ potholes, secured millions for gig workers, fined corrupt landlords millions, raised snow workers to $30/hr, and violent crime hit historic lows. THIS IS WHAT A LEADER DOES!!

Behind the scenes at the DFB, there are increasing signs that Julian Nagelsmann could include Manuel Neuer in his World Cup squad. The topic has been, and continues to be, discussed far more intensely and controversially internally than Nagelsmann is willing to portray publicly. FC Bayern are also aware of that.
On Monday, the DFB had to submit a preliminary list of 55 players to FIFA, including at least five goalkeepers. The list is not publicly available, but it can be assumed that Neuer's name is on it, along with those of Oliver Baumann, Alexander Nübel, Finn Dahmen, and Jonas Urbig
Both Nagelsmann and Neuer have repeatedly insisted that they maintain a good relationship and are in regular contact. The significant tensions that Nagelsmann, then Bayern coach, caused in January 2023 during Neuer's serious leg injury by dismissing his long-time confidant Toni Tapalovic have long since been resolved. Nagelsmann will announce his final squad on May 21st

A Bayern employee (a supporter liaison officer) was attacked by a group of 1860 Munich hooligans last weekend, after Bayern's basketball game against Oldenburg, together with his wife. According to the police report, he was attacked by five men, approximately 20 years old, wearing blue neck gaiters. The target of the attack was the employee's banner, well-known within the fan scene, bearing the inscription "Red Munichs." He was kicked repeatedly, and a person who rushed to help was pushed onto traffic
The attack is seen as retaliation for an attempt by Bayern fans a few weeks ago to steal the banner of the 1860 Munich ultra group "Blue Vikings." During the incident, an 1860 fan was beaten up, but he was not in possession of the banner.
Banners are considered sacred within the Ultras scene, and stealing them is a major coup for the opposition. Experts now fear an escalation if the stolen "Red Munichs" banner is displayed by 1860 Munich fans in the stadium in the coming weeks.

...That’s why it’s important that everyone – and I mean everyone – online identifies themselves and hands over their personal details to those American platform Dickheads. Ps. Küsschen to Ashton Kutcher

Bayern are facing a dilemma regarding Alphonso Davies. His latest injury is a muscle tear and actually requires a six-week rehab. However, clubs are obliged to release their players for the World Cup in 3 weeks. In Canada, there's talk of only a 4-5 week break, meaning Davies could return just in time for the start of the tournament, which is a huge risk. Even if he were to travel only as a supporter, Davies' rehab would not proceed ideally, as it would constantly be interrupted by intercontinental flights and domestic travel. On the other hand, if Bayern were to insist on completing the rehab entirely in Munich, it would be tough for Davies as he would miss his home World Cup, a once in a lifetime experience [@BILD]
