I ran #everysinglestreet in #Minneapolis in 133 runs to see my new city. Here is a time-lapse of that 1300+ miles (in purple, naturally, to pay homage to Prince.)

Gary Oldman doesn't think it's a coincidence that the "world's gone to shit" since his longtime friend, David Bowie, died in January 2016.
"It was like he was cosmic glue or something. When he died, everything fell apart."

CNBC did an excellent report on Medicaid and Medicare fraud in a similar manner but with better sourcing than Nick Shirley 2 years ago, and it never went viral because it didn't have an anti-immigrant angle to it and the fraud was in a red state youtube.com/watch?v=OqK_6N…

@funkentechno As someone born in 1976, I can tell you how wrong you are. The 80s compilation CDs in the early 90s were the rage, for starters.
English

as someone born in 1982, I can assure you that 80s nostalgia was virtually nonexistent in the 90s, and that Wedding Singer was a huge exception and the start of what became perpetual 80s nostalgia this century. when I was a teen in the 90s, *nothing* was more uncool than the 80s.
Miss Gender@girldrawsghosts
It didn’t kick off 80’s nostalgia because 80’s nostalgia has literally never stopped being a “thing.” There has been like zero lapse in 80’s nostalgia since the 80’s. It has remained an oddly consistent part of collective pop culture. I mean the wedding singer came out in 1998

@FrankyBabes @dissproportion How is it disproportionate to waste another person’s time constantly under the guise of “time blindness” or some other horseshit.

English

@dissproportion Yes, but those of us who are late suffer disproportionate shunning
