@CBJumaCB @100trenchboss @Humanarewild No. Once you initiate violence, you have set the standard that violence is a fair game for the other party to participate in. She had multiple options multiple times but chose violence and thus made violence an acceptable parameter in their interaction.

There is no loophole here. 1.) Teacher gets in students face. 2.) Students warns teacher to back up - he did not. 3.) Student hits teacher. 4.) Teacher - instead of reporting the student immediately, decides his retribution and tells student to apologize but only talk insues. 5.) Student refuses to apologize, teacher hits student. Initially, the student was in BIG trouble for striking that teacher and had the teacher just called the police, she would have been arrested. But HE decided he wanted justice HIS way. So, he hit her back. Unfortunately, is was NOT a reaction - which could have been explained away as a reaction to being hit. But he WAITED and THOUGHT about it, he even warned her before he struck. THAT is premeditation all day long.

It no longer seeks justice or righteousness but rather technicalities and loop holes purely. Any legal system that interferes with what's correct is simply chains of punishment upon its citizens.

Her boyfriend organizes with his 3 older brothers, they trick the foreigner into a nature reserve with the promise of sexual favors, overpower him, strangle him and hang his body from a tree in the forest (trying to stage it as suicide). Arrested. The oldest of the 4 brothers (18 at the time) gets life sentence. The other three brothers and the girl herself get between 3 and 4 years in closed youth detention (the girl and her 15-year-old boyfriend got 3.5 years each for aiding and abetting, as they weren’t at the scene). In appeal, three brothers acquitted of murder, the oldest one gets 7 years instead of life, the others get closed youth care.
