@HMRCgovuk how do you report on dividend earnings under £10,000 if you don't file a self assesment? An advisor on the phone said they get taxed at source but I don't understand how

@heatherlg125 @naomi_kelechi Nope mine is still ongoing. Ovo accepted the decision, took weeks to implement and when they did they said back billing didn't apply. Ombudsman looked and said they are wrong so now waiting for weeks again

@MartinSLewis Cap on all private rents according the property size. Much like council rented properties... It will stop landlords monopoly on the housing market and stop the pure greed of it. Most landlords own their properties outright so inflation is not an excuse for increasing rent

Dear @Deliveroo do you really need pump debt as a way to pay for takeaways? Buy Now Pay Later may seem innocuous but it is 1) Not yet regulated 2) Debt, even if done right its 0% Borrowing should only be if NEEDED, for planned one off budgeted purchase, not a cheeky nandos.

@JeevunSandher AS LONG AS GAS PRICES ARE HIGH SO IS ELECTRIC. Electric to be sold on open market, snapped up by companies who provide/Shaft us. Renewables won't lessen our bills if its constantly connected to gas prices. The solar farm will just make whoever funds it very very rich

Why we should be building solar farms instead of drilling for North Sea Gas: 1) Solar is quicker. 3 months to build solar farms vs. 1 year+ for gas drilling 2) Solar is 9 times cheaper than gas 3) Solar will actually lower bills. We don't have enough gas to affect energy prices
