I heard someone say recently that Colorado is considering a Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) tax, using street cameras to log mileage from every car in the state.
Cameras would record you driving on Colorado roadways and bill/tax you for the mileage you’ve traveled either monthly or yearly.
I can’t find any credible info, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they did it. And when that happens, nobody who lives in Colorado will be able to sell their house and escape.
Literally nobody is stupid enough to move to Colorado and put up with that nonsense.

Let’s talk about @victormarx Daughter. Because apparently some people have lost their humanity. In Colorado we all say we need to protect Women until it’s a Candidates Daughter. I’m not a fan of Victor Marx and I wish we could meet to solve some issues on a particular topic. But the nastiness of this party has made me so disgusted I don’t want to vote for anyone.

Hey, @GovofCO please stop gaslighting everyone on this platform. You know - and have even agreed to meet with - business leaders have demonstrated with data how overregulation, state budget deficits, imposition of fees (to avoid TABOR), over spending, have hurt Colorado and driven away jobs and companies ever since Democrats have controlled this state. Stop lying. How’s the balanced budget coming along? What precisely are you doing to lower costs? And how are you paying for “protecting services people rely on?”. A legitimate answer would be amazing. But you won’t, can’t do that, can you?

Soooo…. @victormarx didn’t have enough signatures. or so it seems.
Appears @VictorMarx did in fact withdraw his signature petitions from the SOS. This is not common. This indicates he was trying to save himself the embarrassment of not having acquired the necessary numbers required for ballot access.
He did achieve enough of the vote at assembly, but was already humiliated by not gaining enough to be top line on the ballot. Congratulations to @ScottBottomsCO Bottoms who achieved 45% of the delegate vote over Marx’s 38%.
