I'm with you on inclusion of pre-1652 history, but everything needs to be factual and verifiable. I don't want my kid to be told he's the product of racists that only want to see Bantus enslaved, because he isn't. He is his own man and master of his future, as I am sure you want your kids to not be the victims of their forefathers horrible past. Education should be based on facts and truth, the good and the bad, unapologetic and hard.
