I post opinions I probably shouldn’t. Mostly about dating but also lifestyle and Japan.

Virginity doesn't exist. The term was made up by men to control women, under the delusion that their dicks have some magical power to alter a woman's status.

@JSS2445 I think for me the biggest issue here is the safety aspect…pulling any gun from your pants and not a holster is just retarded.

@Omarwagih_ @finestlibyan The original “stat” was posted to paint a narrative. One you’re feeding into. At the end of the day, Middle Eastern refugees make up the overwhelming majority of refugees in Europe. They’re primarily Muslim from Muslim countries moving to non Muslim countries. Facts.

@Self_Gambit @finestlibyan Recent is exactly what proves the point, in the original stat Poland was not even in the top 10, now it is because the data counts Ukrainian refugees. Temporary is a theory, it's not a reality, some refugees end up staying in that country even after things calm down

@ashawolves @GarySmithJnr Because it’s anecdotal. In the same way what I say is too. There’s no survey or statistic done on it.

Thought I’d treat the wife to fish & chips because she’s been at the hospital all day with her Mom. £48.19. Outrageous.

You can’t be serious… Syria’s Christian population peaked around 2.5-10%. Even granting the higher end of 10%, that’s about 1.5 million. Sudan has a top end estimate of 5%, granting that too is about 2.6 million. Combined that’s 4million. To assume 2.6 million of the 2.8 million people in the above chart are Christian is ridiculous. You have no source or anything to suggest that. You’d need it to be the case so suggest it’s “50/50”. Regardless of that, it doesn’t change the fact that they’re migrating to non Muslim countries that are far away from a primarily Muslim country.

@ashawolves @GarySmithJnr That explains a lot about you. In any case, simply claiming that you were born and bred in that shit hole doesn’t really hold as much water as me saying mum is more common there.

@GarySmithJnr It’s mum. Yeah, so the fish and chips look to be in line with average pricing now + the peas, plus a dip, plus another dip and in guessing a 1.5L of full sugar coke. That looks about right to me. Sadly, fish and chips are not the cheap meal they used to be.

@ashawolves @GarySmithJnr As someone who has sadly spent time in Birmingham and knows many people, friends and family there, mum is the standard. Mom is far less common and more likely now used as an adopted Americanism.

@Self_Gambit @GarySmithJnr Why must he mean ‘mum’ ? Just because you say that ? West Midlands, especially Brum and Black Country have always said Mom . Some areas say Mam..but according to you we all must mean Mum .

Yet you screenshotted Wikipedia. Your stat shows foreign residents. Not refugee stats. Refugee specific stats show much larger long-term numbers from Syria, Afghanistan etc. Poland is in the same area as the Ukrainian conflict. So of course they have a large Ukrainian refugee influx. Recent and temporary.

@hokkori_buzz Of course. But the overwhelming majority will decline any tattoos at all. Only a handful of onsens in Tokyo will allow them covered up and assuming no one complains or you’ll be kicked out regardless.

♨️ To Our Friends in America and Around the World ✨ Good evening~ 🥰 I wanted to gently share some Japanese onsen manners so everyone can feel the warm spirit of this beautiful culture 🇯🇵 Here are 10 tips for a wonderful experience ① Wash your body thoroughly before entering the bath. ② Keep your towel out of the water. ③ Most onsen do not allow swimsuits. ④ Keep your hair out of the bath. ⑤ Don’t wash your body in the bath. ⑥ Speak softly and relax quietly. ⑦ Dry off before returning to the changing room. ⑧ Photography is prohibited at many onsen. ⑨ Avoid bathing after drinking alcohol. ⑩ Tattoo policies vary by onsen, so please check in advance. An onsen is a special place where everyone shares the same bath. The most important thing is to cherish respect for the place and for the people around you, and enjoy a warm, heartwarming time together. ♨️🇯🇵💕🇺🇸

To address the idiots in the comments that just don’t seem to understand the issue. I’ll explain as I’ll assume your stupidity is genuine and not just ignorant retardation. Let’s pick Germany, 2.7 million refugees. Estimated Ukrainian total is 1.1 million. Also take away some other European movement, the overwhelming majority are from non European countries. Aka Middle East, Muslim majority places. The influx of Ukrainian refugees is temporary and recent. The influx of Muslim, non eu migrants is more long term. Official German stats from the BAMF and UNHCR show clearly that non eu migrants dominate long term refugee populations. Germany’s number shows Ukrainian numbers but also a substantial number of refugees from non eu countries. Let’s also remember the distance. Turkey and Iran are in the immediate vicinity of Middle Eastern conflict. Germany is not yet it receives large numbers of long distance refugees. Why? That’s the question.

Interesting that you chose stats from mid 2020. Here’s a more up to date statistic from the same site. I thought it odd that you chose mid 2020 when 2024 is available. And then I noticed. See that Turkey in your screenshot shows 3.5mil, in mine, it’s 3.7mil. A 200K increase. But notice Germany? More than doubled. More than 1mil+. Why is that? My statistic shows that Muslim refugees are choosing, en mass, to migrate to non Muslim countries. statista.com/statistics/163…

I’m feeling very triumphant tonight. 😎👨‍🍳 Just made (and devoured) this 5-day cold ferment NY-style cheese pizza in my Ooni oven. The bake was on point — it even had a nice subtle crunch in the crust, which I feel like is the first time I’ve ever achieved that. Yum!
