@ashawolves @GarySmithJnr As someone who has sadly spent time in Birmingham and knows many people, friends and family there, mum is the standard. Mom is far less common and more likely now used as an adopted Americanism.

Up in North East England, shits kinda expensive, around £30 for the same order that would’ve cost £20 not that long ago.

Well, he's older than me (I'm 58), and even if he's been "expounding" since 2011 it's still a bit late to the game. Hell, the Beatles were on that kick in the 1960s... I used to be fascinated myself with all things India, even joining an ashram back in my 20s studying Siddha Yoga. But when you actually live around Indians, much less witness the garbage and dung heaps they call home (India itself), you kinda have to wonder if all that "I am he as you are he as you are me and we are all together" stuff makes for a sound mind and enhancement to life. Just about everyone I've even known, including my younger self, who get on that kick are some of the most egotistical, pie-in-the-sky airheads. Thinking they've discovered some amazing cheat-code to life.

If I wipe a tweet it's not because I have changed my mind. It is my wish to say interesting things but you end up arguing with people who you will never meet and who are incapable of introspection. Thank god for @ChatGPTapp because I would lose my mind without it! I fucking love AI. Especially when I see my contemporaries dissing it. AI is not the future. It's already now, as all things are. The future will only ever be now!
