@ashawolves @GarySmithJnr That explains a lot about you. In any case, simply claiming that you were born and bred in that shit hole doesn’t really hold as much water as me saying mum is more common there.

Thought I’d treat the wife to fish & chips because she’s been at the hospital all day with her Mom. £48.19. Outrageous.

That wouldn't be normal constipation, they would have to have severe constipation, that can't just be treated with a few over-the-counter tablets. If that is the case, it must be absolutely horrible for them and I'm sure you wouldn't wish it on anybody.
Vel@velociticity

@InspGadgetBlogs Yes even people with “constipation” get PIP etc (as per ReformUK investigations a few months ago)

@ashawolves @GarySmithJnr As someone who has sadly spent time in Birmingham and knows many people, friends and family there, mum is the standard. Mom is far less common and more likely now used as an adopted Americanism.

@RFCJoeJ @GarySmithJnr @DarrenG89028758 @MiloStynes Warwick - 9 miles (14 km) south of Coventry, and 19 miles (31 km) south-east of Birmingham. Maybe didn’t get it from there though. Up in North East England, shits kinda expensive, around £30 for the same order that would’ve cost £20 not that long ago.

@Directandhated @GarySmithJnr That’s ridiculous. Cooking fish and chips after a day at work in this heat . Don’t be fuckin stupid . We all know we can cook cheaper at home, but that’s not the point here is it

@Self_Gambit @GarySmithJnr Why must he mean ‘mum’ ? Just because you say that ? West Midlands, especially Brum and Black Country have always said Mom . Some areas say Mam..but according to you we all must mean Mum .

@GarySmithJnr You mean “mum”? Anyway, you should have just went to the actual chippy and got it by hand. You’d have saved a fair bit of money. Prices on delivery apps are always higher.

@jimb_001 @BoyGeorge @ChatGPTapp Wasn’t thinking about India, more Tibet, China but can see why a red neck inbred like yourself would be confused. The dung heap and piles of shit should really be familiar in trailer parks of the Deep South . You disgust me.. and I’ll pray for your Karma to be likewise

Well, he's older than me (I'm 58), and even if he's been "expounding" since 2011 it's still a bit late to the game. Hell, the Beatles were on that kick in the 1960s... I used to be fascinated myself with all things India, even joining an ashram back in my 20s studying Siddha Yoga. But when you actually live around Indians, much less witness the garbage and dung heaps they call home (India itself), you kinda have to wonder if all that "I am he as you are he as you are me and we are all together" stuff makes for a sound mind and enhancement to life. Just about everyone I've even known, including my younger self, who get on that kick are some of the most egotistical, pie-in-the-sky airheads. Thinking they've discovered some amazing cheat-code to life.

If I wipe a tweet it's not because I have changed my mind. It is my wish to say interesting things but you end up arguing with people who you will never meet and who are incapable of introspection. Thank god for @ChatGPTapp because I would lose my mind without it! I fucking love AI. Especially when I see my contemporaries dissing it. AI is not the future. It's already now, as all things are. The future will only ever be now!

@BoyGeorge @ChatGPTapp "The future will only ever be now!" You're just now discovering the Eastern concepts, the "it's always now" stuff? Yea, it's always now. Amazing. And wherever you are, it's always here. Or there to the rest of us.

This mornings Sunday brunch: back bacon, crispy, browned Spam, a sunny side up egg and cheesy tatty scones which I made with the leftover colcannon from last night and grated red Leicester cheese.

@sinderinister @b8eak Everything tasted better back then, before supermarkets. Food grown locally in season . I often wonder why it all changed . I suppose quantity replaced quality.
