@NoMoorXP Finally a girl in this show, aside from the childhood friend, where i dont feel like rolling my eyes when i look at her because of the hilarious big bazongas. I mean to each their own, its all fine, just happy that we have a cutie like that aswell.

Hello! Hope you're all having a great day! (˵^ ◡ ^˵) We try our very best to always share only fun things with you here, but once again there is another push from payment processors that we feel we need to bring some attention to. It's something that affects all of us, both creators and fans alike. As you may have heard recently SubscribeStar was affected by these payment processors and forced to add much more restrictive guidelines. It was a really good platform, and we even believed it could have been a safe haven for our work in case of anything happening to our Patreon page. But now SubscribeStar seems to have even stricter rules than Patreon. All thanks to the usual suspects of Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and others who refuse to simply process our legal payments. They don't care if its for legal purchases. They just want to "protect their brand." They only want us to purchase things they approve of regardless of our legal choice. And so SubscribeStar has become their latest target, pushed to change its TOS towards the usual payment processor censorship. They've already reshaped Patreon, Itch.io, Steam, DLSite and other platforms to their liking. And who knows what tomorrow will bring (or rather, take away) when their puritanical vision of the way we spend our money decides yet another thing is unacceptable. But I believe we can pressure them back too, and protect our legal rights to share and purchase things we like. This "cheat sheet" has been floating around for a while and we feel like its getting more and more relevant each day. It has useful contact information to get in touch with payment processors so you can voice your concerns and help protect the things we enjoy together. And with all of our voices I believe we can still change things for the better. Anyway, jumping back to our basement - "Mona daily life with Slime" wont finish itself (。> ‿ ◕。) Sorry for the bummer post, and see ya with new animation updates in just a few!

A Japanese scientist earned a Nobel Prize after discovering one of the body’s most powerful self-healing mechanisms: during periods of fasting, the human body begins to consume its own damaged cells, triggering a deep cellular reset known as autophagy. This natural process acts like an internal cleanup system, breaking down old proteins, malfunctioning components, and toxic buildup that contribute to aging and disease. The discovery revealed that fasting doesn’t just change metabolism — it activates a fundamental survival program hard-wired into our biology. Researchers found that autophagy boosts cellular renewal, supports immune function, protects against neurodegeneration, and improves overall resilience. When the body isn’t busy digesting food, it shifts focus to maintenance and repair, recycling damaged parts into fresh, healthy components. This helps reduce inflammation, sharpen brain function, and improve the body’s ability to handle stress. Some studies even show that activating autophagy may lower the risk of chronic conditions linked to aging. The Nobel-winning research transformed how scientists view fasting, turning it from a simple diet trend into a legitimate biological reset. Doctors now say intermittent fasting — when done safely — can help support long-term cellular health, boost energy, and improve metabolic balance. While it’s not a cure-all, the discovery showed that the body has extraordinary built-in abilities to heal itself when given the right conditions. For millions around the world, the research opened a new window into how deeply our lifestyle affects our cells — and how something as simple as timing our meals can unlock one of the body’s most powerful repair systems.
