Serving is the attribute of the strong. The weak always struggle to serve because they are imprisoned by their own inordinate desire to be served.

Self-seeking leaders use service as a means to self-preservation/self-advancement. They tactfully serve the power holders to gain favours or the marginalised to project a favourable image. Instead of sacrificing self to serve others, they sacrifice others to serve themselves.

Some leaders aspire to eat last, then slowly become malnourished, too weak to feed themselves. Others eat first, and they like cannibals with fork.
