@yabaleftonline So he only needed to clear himself to be worthy of re-election ?,I thought re-election of a political office holder was based on performance ,what has been his scorecard so far for his constituency in Surulere ?

I almost lost my job as Chief of Staff to President Tinubu last year. President Tinubu called me to his study in his Abuja house during the Obasa impeachment saga and asked me if Desmond Elliott was my boy. I replied to the president that he's my boy. President Tinubu then told me that he heard that Desmond was part of the people causing problems in the Lagos State House of Assembly. Immediately, I told the President that Desmond wasn't part of them, but the president replied to me and said that from the intelligence he got, Desmond was part of them. After that meeting, I called Desmond and told what the president said and asked him to leave the group if he was part of them. Three days later, the DSS DG called me and said there's a problem. He said your name is being mentioned that you're the one behind the impeachment saga and that you're supporting Desmond. I told the DSS DG and told him I've spoken to Desmond and he denied being part of the group. I then called Desmond to make a public statement to deny his involvement in the impeachment saga, but till today, he hasn't done it. — Femi Gbajabiamila, Chief of Staff to President Tinubu, withdraws his support for Desmond Elliott, who is seeking a fourth term in the Lagos State House of Assembly.

As a mutual, you do not owe me the allegiance to put your head on the line for me when I’m engaged in a TL gbas gbos. In fact, if you stick your head out for me, i should be thankful because you do not owe me such responsibility in the first place. But what you will not do is come under the CS to barrage me for my response to someone because in your head, i am doing too much, especially if i never check or tell you what to do with your tweets on the TL. Let everyone respect themselves 🙏

I'm not asking you to lick "plate" and I'm not asking you not to. But if it's because of lactobacilli and the acid they produce that you want to stop eating kpekus, there's no need to stop. The same lactobacillus bacteria in the vagina are the ones that help produce yogurt, ògì, kunu and so on. If you've taken any of these, you've taken and benefitted from lactic acid bacteria. Therefore, if the plate is clean and you're an eater, eat on. PS: Eat responsibly.

@FinePopo @Fmkiss4 I really appreciate this response. They never denied their actions instead they justified it. It is up to people to have their opinions. People automatically hate anything law agencies regardless of the context.

If you read their letter carefully, you would understand that they didn’t deny anything. They only justified their action by saying the Hospital locked the GATE on them and refused to allow them exit the Premises freely, even after the Police also advised the Hospital to open the GATE. It is indirect way of accepting that “Yes, we used FORCE because we needed to exit the premises and the GATE was locked on us”

I don’t know if this guy read the Press release of both the POLICE and the EFCC at all. If he did and still made this video, then I’m sorry. 1. EFCC wrote two letters to seek clarification about a medical report, no response from the Hospital. 2. EFCC sent one of their staff to the same Hospital for the same purpose, again, he was ignored. 3. EFCC then visited the Hospital as a TEAM to verify the letter, the HOSPITAL SECURITY decided to LOCK the GATE on them on CMD’s instruction, preventing them from EXITING the Hospital premises. 4. The CMD called the Police. The Police went there, told the CMD they were officers of the EFCC, and advised the CMD to instruct the Security to open the GATE, still they refused. 5. The POLICE then left the premises before their advised wasn’t taken. 6. They started THROWING stones at the Law Enforcement Officers, and you expected them to stand and keep watching.??? Have we forgotten the Officers are people’s PARENTS, FAMILY MEMBERS, and NIGERIANS too? Why did the Hospital not HONOR a Federal Agency and reply to the letter sent to them? As much as I don’t want to say EFCC did well, the Hospital and the Surgeon also didn’t do well. You can’t BEAT a child and expect it not to CRY. Nigeria will be better day.

Don’t get me wrong but Mosquera is more of a natural centre back. I don’t see any ways how he’s gonna keep Kvara quiet in a 90 mins game at the right back. Arteta needs to start the Martinelli experiment or go wild with Norgaard

@Itz_Ameer4 @NationalGridNg Not all Band A are getting the actully number of hours. Besides that what’s even this nonsense about bands in electricity supply. Is anyone supposed to have more power supply than the other?

The power sector urgently needs liquidity. Among the key considerations is the recapitalization of all DisCos perhaps introducing a minimum capital base requirement similar to what applies in the banking sector. However, for investors to see sustainable, long-term, bankable returns, there is also the issue of implementing truly cost-reflective tariffs. The questions then are: • Which should come first ; recapitalization/delicensing of weak DisCos or the implementation of cost-reflective tariffs? • Should the current Banding system be maintained, or should there be a more uniform tariff structure across all customer classes so everyone enjoys relatively equal power allocation? These are conversations that must be had.
