This is where you're wrong, I don't like people dying. Anyone who has followed me long enough knows I lobby for the least violent effective path as a solution first. That being said, I'm not putting my life on the line for strangers who make bad decisions. I have real people who depend on me.

And that's what separates blue from red. Red is fine with people dying, meaning they lack moral intelligence and basic human decency whereas blue is not okay with people dying, but are willing to risk their own lives so others might live. Its a problem of selfishness vs human decency.

I would like to live in a high-trust society.

The OP was about sinless "persons" and Christ being the only one. The response was about angels being sinless, because angels are also persons.
In romans, Paul is speaking of the universal bondage to sin, that is, that Jew and Gentile have need of the Gospel for salvation, not that literally all have sinned. If this were so, it would contradict Paul in Romans 9:11, when he speaks of Esau and Jacob "before they had yet been born or had done anything, good or bad, in order that God’s elective plan might continue."
The Immaculate Conception merely affirms Marys preservation from sin by an extraordinary act of mercy and grace from God, not that she made herself sinless. This is found in the angelic salutation of "Hail, full of grace" (specifically in the greek, "Hail kecharitomene,") indicating not an action, but an identity.

This is heretical as it goes against verses like "for all have sinned and fallen short the glory of God [who is Jesus]," and "there are none righteous, no not even one..."
It also goes against verses such as from 1 John which says, "if you say you are without sins, you deceive yourself."
Jesus was the only human born without the curse of adam, predisposition to fall into sins, "original sin", "ancestral sin- they are all names for the same thing, trying to explain the same principle.

Given the first thing to do would be to submit a complaint to the relevant authorities ( i assume they did,) they were most likely told that they're not paying thousands of dollars to post someone outside the house to catch the person for what amounts to a few hundred dollars in property damage.
So then the proportional response is to install a countermeasure of reasonable force to stop the act from continuing.
