Boys are in an interesting situation where they are told about equal rights with girls and it's confusing to them. It's painfully obvious that those who felt scorned by men push this woman first&could do no wrong attitude in schools and in other activities with adults in charge.

If you aren't exercising and you are depressed, do not take the easy way with a pill. Depression can be corrected. Start working out, no matter how little you start. Create those goals, 10 push ups at a time, 100 in a day or something like that. Make them attainable.
