Consistently surprised by how few people I talk to that have made any preparations at all for emergencies, goods shortages, natural disasters, etc. I’m very far from a doomer, but the r/r of having a stockpile of non-perishable food, water, med supplies, ammo etc. is very solid

When you get to the end of I-65 southbound in Mobile there's a sign for the I-10 fork that shows left to Florida or right to Mississippi. Gotta be up there for signs with the shittiest set of choices. Especially since you're already in Alabama.
