I left it for about a week (no requesting support or trying to change passwords etc) and then went back to try. Apparently the system thinks it’s a hack if you repeatedly try to access so it’s best to wait if possible

@MicrosoftHelps I also have submitted forms countless times and you send me automated response within seconds to say I have not submitted enough evidence when I most definitely have. This is becoming incredibly stressful and this has been ongoing for the last 10 days.
