There’s a Poutinefest at the RA Centre behind Billings Bridge this weekend. Same one that used to be at City Hall. Before you can order any overpriced poutine, there’s a $5 entrance fee. REALLY??? F*** that. Folks go support your favorite Casse-croûte on the Quebec side.
