This woman was getting ready for work, she heard footsteps in her living room and she freaked out when she saw a man standing there. He claimed he was from maintenance but she never got any notice nor did she report anything for repair.
She ending up calling the police. To her dismay, they stated that they wouldn’t charge the maintenance man for entering, nor did he ever tell the officers why he was even there.
So at this point she’s claiming they didn’t give her a notice for entry, if that’s true, should they be charged for invasion of privacy especially since she wasn’t dressed decently when it happened?
