To support MSMEs affected by logistics disruptions, RELIEF provides up to 50% reimbursement of increased freight and insurance costs for eligible non-ECGC-insured exporters. Applicable during February 14 to March 15, 2026, this support is capped at ₹50 lakh per exporter.
