@Sephora So now I’m stuck with a $50 Ilia product that I can’t use or return. Why have a color match option in the app if it is wrong? I bought 2 ilia products - that shouldn’t be difficult to match the 2 colors. Last time I order anything online.

@Sephora please help. I called Sephora three times Friday because an uber driver picked up my order, left, then cancelled and kept it. I had rude customer service twice then a supervisor who said he was going to get my refund. It’s two days later and no refund. Order 823517005504

@sephora since when do points expire? My 500+ points vanished i earned 134 thinking I'd have a good amount to be told 500 + expired. Well now I'll take my business elsewhere not a good way to treat loyal customers
