@LifeWithJames1 Had you considered the fact that we played a front five that hasn't really been used before today? And that Leicester didn't have a tough fixture midweek? Just things to consider.

This is why I sometimes say there's a Man United curse because what causes a team to play that badly, look that devoid of ideas, causes all the players to be unable to string a simple pass together. Like they've caught some kind of bug. Grimsby Town would have played better.

I decided to attempt home made chips. Some are rather burned I think due to being too thin. When I get more even slices with practise I should hopefully get them better. instagram.com/p/CKpAhmnDllM/…

@LifeWithJames1 @rochedavey Cut the chips equally, in boiling water for about 5 minutes, drain and slightly shake, let them steam for a bit. If you haven't got a deep fat fryer then put oil in a pan enough to cover the chips and get it really nice and hot. Put the chips in and after 5 minutes you'll be done

@rochedavey @Septula365 Thats similar to how I did it. Potatoes chips in the pan filled with cold water plus salt and balsamic. To the boil. Boiled for about 5 mins. Drained into colander. Gave a bit of a shake. Back into the pan. Covered with salt and oil. Put the oiled chips into a roasting tin

@LifeWithJames1 No. Air fryers are good for some things but not chips, they just don't come out right
