pretty crazy i was just looking at the pictures from 75 hard and i looked fat compared to now it’s been about 11 months since with consistent lifestyle type of diet and gallon evry day from then until now i wouldn’t be surprised if i shed ~7-8% bf

@griptoalfie Mental side of it is the toughest part. For me makes you realize how much time you really have throughout your day to get shit done. Great for getting you out of a rut and changing things up. Not drinking feels great too lol

good luck my official take on 75 hard is that if someone wants to get into shape, this is probably not the best way to do it, but it's a good start to find a routine i have made *way* more progress off the 75 hard routine, but it isn't a fitness program. the mental side is the main benefit
