@LucianMindruta Deci să înțeleg ca este doar un raport care nu are valoare juridică la noi în Românica sau la Bruxelles. Putem sta relaxați, acum faptul ca au fost fraudate alegerile este o chestiune flexibilă. Concluzie: Alegerile au fost fraudate stim si de la dulap, dar nahh a fost necesar.

Maga se razbuna pe Uniunea Europeana cu raportul din Comisia Juridica a Camerei Reprezentantilor privind alegerile din Romania. In esenta, raportul spune ca UE a instigat la cenzura in alegerile acelea cu CG erou principal. "Cenzura" era de fapt eliminarea minciunii. Iar republicanii sunt obisnuiti cu ea, pentru ca seful suprem minte pe retele de cand se trezeste si pana la culcare. Maga a ajuns o institutie care cauta disolutia aliantelor Americii si raul fostilor parteneri. In numele libertatii de exprimare, care in viziunea lor musai trebuie sa includa fake-ul si dezinformarea ca elemente de lupta politica. Doar ca sa faca pe plac retelelor putiniste din Europa. Indiferent de concluziile tehnice ale TikTok citate în raport, decizia de anulare a alegerilor a fost un act juridic intern de protecție a ordinii constituționale în fața unei amenințări asimetrice, bazat pe evaluările instituțiilor de securitate națională și pe autoritatea Curții Constituționale a României. Decizia CCR s-a fundamentat pe documentele care indicau fără echivoc denaturarea egalității de șanse între candidați și vicierea masivă a campaniei electorale de către un singur candidat prin utilizarea netransparentă și ilegală a tehnologiilor digitale și a inteligenței artificiale, precum și prin finanțarea nedeclarată a campaniei electorale, inclusiv în mediul online. Ingerințele Federației Ruse în procesele electorale din țările europene, inclusiv din România, au fost evidențiate și de rapoarte oficiale ale NATO, Uniunii Europene și Guvernului Marii Britanii. Imixtiunea malignă a Federației Ruse nu s-a limitat la o singură platformă de social media, ci face obiectul unei ample campanii de manipulare cu scopul de a destabiliza democrațiile europene, demers care se derulează de mulți ani sub forma unui veritabil război hibrid. România este o democrație puternică, în care deciziile instituțiilor responsabile luate conform Constituției și legilor în vigoare sunt și trebuie respectate. Angajamentul României pentru statul de drept, transparență, libertate de exprimare și corectitudinea proceselor electorale rămâne neclintit, ca și angajamentul față de toți aliații și partenerii noștri strategici.

A new chapter will begin, grounded in mutual recognition, sovereignty, and national interest. In energy, Iran holds some of the largest oil and gas reserves in the world. A free Iran will become a reliable energy supplier to the free world. Policy-making will be transparent. Iran’s actions will be responsible. Prices will be predictable. In transparency and governance, Iran will adopt and enforce international standards. Money laundering will be confronted. Organized corruption will be dismantled. Public institutions will answer to the people. In the economy, Iran is one of the world’s last great untapped markets. Our population is educated, modern, with a diaspora that connects it to the four corners of the world. A democratic Iran will open its economy to trade, investment, and innovation. And Iran will seek to invest in the world. Opportunity will replace isolation. This is not an abstract vision. It is a practical one. Grounded in national interest, stability, and cooperation. To achieve this, now is the time to stand with the Iranian people. The fall of the Islamic Republic and the establishment of a secular, democratic government in Iran will not only restore dignity to my people, it will benefit the region and the world.
