For everyone wanting to copy paste to the survey/mail : Hello Love and Deepspace Support Team, I’m writing regarding a recurring visual issue with the Illusio feature in the cards. When using Illusio to change our MC’s hairstyle and makeup, her skin becomes unnaturally shiny/greasy, almost wet-looking. The effect is especially noticeable on the neck area, where a clear demarcation appears between the face and the body. The skin looks overly reflective, as if covered in oil. This issue only affects darker skin tones. Lighter skin tones do not seem to have this problem. Because of this, it’s very difficult to properly enjoy or appreciate the Illusio feature, as the MC’s appearance looks visually incorrect and unpolished. This problem has been reported by players for at least three Illusio updates, yet it has not been addressed so far. We kindly ask the team to: - Review the skin shader / lighting / specular settings applied during Illusio - Ensure darker skin tones are rendered with the same quality and balance as lighter ones - Remove or reduce the excessive shine that causes this “greasy” appearance This is an important issue for representation and visual consistency, and we truly hope it can be fixed in the following days in a future update.
