@TransLink It was literally as described by your own technician who apologized for the outage in person on site, "scheduled maintenance". You're getting the feedback here: I realize Translink execs have you on the edge of bankruptcy, but this is just not it for vital infrastructure.

Seriously @TransLink ? Your maintenance guy just literally told me "its scheduled", this is the second day you've done this. No notice that the elevator at Gateway is out again. It's back up now, but "scheduled out" and you still can't keep us informed?

@TransLink This is also the entrance that your folks at Gateway had signage up for, indicating where to detour, and they had long enough to get a written sign up on full cordon but no notice? I check those alerts before I leave to the station, and its five minutes from check to arrival

@SergalProjects Surrey Central Stn has two elevators, with only the north elevator being out of service, so the station is still accessible via the south elevator to City Pkwy. 2/2 ^jg

Kinda rude, @TransLink to have the elevator cordoned off out of service at Gateway with no station access alert, and a sign redirecting to the Surrey Central elevator that is also out of service. Wheelchair, mobility aid and cycling commuters depend on your accurate info.

Incredible. Two stations with inaccurate accessibility information and this on the train once I actually succeeded in getting into a station on the third elevator. Seriously @Translink ?

@TransLink "Really have to" must mean "All the time", then? I'll snap a photo for you tomorrow; your blues can't seem to find anywhere else to park at any time of day, and there's usually two of their vehicles there at all operating hours, boxing it in.

Hey @TransLink - Just curious. There a particular reason your dedicated cops love parking SUVs on the sidewalk at 10th avenue, almost universally framing the ramp onto the road so cyclists cannot see oncoming traffic before entering the road, or see pedestrians when exiting?
