True! In the RCAF back in the 1980s, we partied until 4am, slept 1-2 hrs, went to work to fix jets, pilots flew them on near zero sleep, and we repeated the process the next day.

💯 When I was an institutional bond salesman for HSBC in Chicago (in my 20’s) there was one rule no matter how late you were out entertaining a client. That rule was be at your desk by 7:00 AM no matter your condition or even wearing same suit from the night before….however, your tie had to be different 🤣. We all had multiple ties in desk drawers. The one female had multiple Hermes scarfs.

Yes. He did well. Some are being mean to him because of his name which is worse than a kid getting opportunities because of his name. Xavier did his best. And took a bigger risk, by going out there and doing it, than his haters.

Dismissal is easy.
